Returns

We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit and colour, and we know it doesn't always happen on the first try. Our goal is to help you discover clothing that not only complements your style but also fits like a dream. At Sassy Squid, we want you to love your clothes and wear them for years to come!

For all returns and exchanges, please contact us at hello@sassysquid.co.uk. Once you've submitted your return request, you should receive an automated email containing everything you need to complete your return or exchange. We'd really appreciate it if you could follow the instructions provided.

If you don't receive the automated email, please get in touch with us via the contact form on our website, as occasionally our emails can end up in your spam or junk folder.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, and 5 days from submitting your return request to send your item(s) back to us.

All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, if items are returned without their original tags or are not in a resaleable condition, we will be unable to accept the return and the package will be sent back to you.

As a small company, we rely on receiving goods in their original, saleable condition. We appreciate your help in respecting this.
